The fees listed below include ALL FIVE of the following:  Heidi's preliminary session(s) with the animal, preliminary reiki treatments, animal blessings, up to one hour for the phone session, and at least one post-session reiki treatment. 

Under the Consultations link, there are more details about consultations, exactly how Heidi works, and what to expect.  

Fees for consultations are $125 for the first animal,  $95 for each additional animal per human client when scheduled at the same time.

 -- These consultations include Heidi's preliminary sessions with your animal covering up to 8 questions or issues you wish to focus on, reiki, animal blessings, the phone session with you where you go over the info recieved, and one more reiki session for the animal.

-- A new set of questions and or future consultations trigger new fees.
-- For multiple animals scheduled from the same client at the same time, we will 
    allow  more time for the phone session.
-- Heidi triages consultations based upon the urgency of the case, the order they
    came in, and if fees have been received. 
-- You may send payment in the post, or use your credit card via paypal.
    We do not take credit cards directly in order to protect both of our financial
    records.
--Personal checks are gladly accepted, and do not delay the date work begins.
--- Due to experience, fees must be received before Heidi will start any work
   on any case. 

Heidi understands a person's anxiety and need for help when their animal is lost, and her  heart goes out to you with the disappearance of your animal friend.  However, as difficult as it is, we are sure you will understand that she gets many requests for help, and therefore she does need to be paid for her time and work.  

We also understand that when your animal is missing, your heart is aching, and you want help immediately.  However, please consider that there are probably other persons in the same situation wanting their case to be handled first.  This is why, even on missing animal cases, we require that fees be received before work begins.  We made this policy after many cases of people begging for help, Heidi dropping everything (including family plans) to work on their case, and then never being paid for her work and having to explain delays to other clients and make apologies. 

Heidi is hired like any consultant. You are paying for her experience, training, abilities, expertise, skills, but most importantly her work.  She focuses individually on each case, and this takes time and energy. She does not start working on a case until she has received photos, questions, and payment.  Again, we thank you for your understanding.

Fees for extended sessions
The fee for additional time is $50 for each 30 minute block of time.  This can be used as the client wishes for more in depth communication, tutoring to hone their own skills, or to more deeply explore other issues.

Reiki Treatments
The fees for Reiki sessions alone are $50 per animal per session. 

Each reiki session lasts 30-60 minutes, and may be done at a distance as well.  Reiki is a subtle energy healing method that is a complimentary treatment.   While in some cases there is an immediate and visible reaction and benefit to the sessions, for some people and animals the treatment effects are more gradual.   Reiki is helpful for healing after surgery or injury, helpful with pain management, and with emotional issues.  Reiki can be used with any other treatment.

Please remember that reiki is a complimentary treatment and can not replace veterinary or doctor care.  Heidi always recommends you ask your Veterinarian about any treatment.

Animal Blessings:
Heidi Wright is an ordained minister, and will offer and extend animal blessings upon the request of the client.  She works based on the teachings of St. Francis of Assisi.  Animal blessings are included with a full consultation, and with all reiki sessions.  If you wish to have an animal blessing alone, the fee is $18.

House Calls:
Heidi will make house or barn calls, but need to charge travel fees.  Travel fees vary based upon the distance I need to travel, the price of gas, etc.  If you are within driving distance, travel fees are normally charged at $1 per mile round trip. ( My vet charges me much more for house calls!)   Travel fees will be agreed upon ahead of time, and need to be paid for prior to the call.

Private Tutoring:
The fees for private tutoring are $150 per session. Private tutoring includes lessons and exercises assigned to be studied on your own, one-on-one personal instruction, and up to one hour on the phone or in person.  

Lectures or Speaking Engagements:
These vary based upon the location and duration of the presentation desired.  The usual minimal fee is $10 per person per hour, but this varies.  Please contact us for further details. 

Private Parties & Workshops
Heidi will work private parties.  The rates vary based upon the number of attendees, the number of animals to read, and the location.  Please contact us for details.  If Heidi is in your area, she may be available without having to charge for travel fees.  Please check the schedule page to see if she is going to be in your area.  

Before you will be 'put in line' or added to the list of waiting clients, fees must be received.  If you wish to wait, we respect that.  Fees will never be spent or checks cashed before the work is done.  But in order to be put in line, fees must be received, along with photos and questions.  We thank you for your understanding.             

Payment:  
If you wish to mail questions, photos, and a personal check or money order, that is fine. Personal checks are acceptible, and we do not delay working with your animal. We just need to have a good faith effort on your part before work begins.

We will happily return photos to you if you wish.  You may mail payment to the address listed below.   You will be notified that your letter was recieved, and the session will be scheduled soon after.

If it is an urgent matter, we do take payments via PayPal, either from your bank account or from a credit card.
